Randy is a retired campus administrator with 36 years of experience. He possesses a unique level of knowledge and expertise as it pertains to the supervision and implementation of curriculum and instruction in the individual classroom, as well as, the multi-faceted skill sets required to successfully lead the campus as a whole. As a Servant Leader who subscribes to the philosophy of “We not Me”, he is convinced that there is no challenge, charge or goal in today’s educational environment that cannot be improved upon or achieved through an informed perspective and teamwork.

Randy holds a B.S. in Journalism/Mass Communications from North Texas State University; M.S. in English from Tarleton State University; Mid-Management Certification from the University of Texas @ Permian Basin and Superintendent Certification from Texas Tech University.
